Vida Botwe – Chairperson
Vida Botwe is the CEO of Xanthi and Associates Limited. She is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years working experience in consulting, manufacturing and business process outsourcing. Twenty of these years have been spent in leadership. As a member of the senior management team, Vida has led the development and implementation of various initiatives at senior management level, including but not limited to Talent Management, Organizational Performance and Change Management, Individual Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition. She has successfully delivered a number of reorganization projects aimed at building and sustaining high performance teams. As part of her achievements, Vida facilitated several in-house training programs. She has championed the embedment of ethical code of conduct as a critical competency required of today’s organizational leaders.
Vida holds MBA and BA Degrees. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM). She spent 6 years in consulting before branching out into industry. She is back to consulting.

Andrew Oblitey Commey is a finance leader with over 10 years of progressive experience managing finance operations, financial reporting, audits, and cash management at Vanguard Assurance Company Limited – a top non-life insurer in Ghana with 275 million Ghana Cedis in annual premiums and 150 employees.
Andrew brings to the board of Coastal Network a wealth of experience in the management of finances and the ability to source funding for the effective operations of the Foundation.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Accounting & Finance from the University of Professional Studies in Accra, having previous graduated with a Bachelor of Education Psychology (Accounting Major) from the University of Cape Coast. His expertise is in Cashflow management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Investment Analysis, Financial Reporting, Controls Design and Reinsurance Accounting.

Rev. Isaac Abeka – Member
Isaac Abeka Adoko has an array of qualifications and experience in various fields. He is a reverend minister at Christ Priority Chapel, where he serves as a spiritual leader and provides guidance to the congregation. Additionally, he has a strong academic background, having earned a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, and an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Currently, Isaac is pursuing an MA in Pastoral Care and Counseling program at Trinity Theological Seminary in Legon, where he is developing his skills in helping individuals with emotional and spiritual needs. He has a passion for helping people, and his education and experience has equipped him with the tools to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Isaac is also a dedicated public servant, working for the Narcotics Control Commission. In his role as a senior officer of the enforcement division at the Tema Port Unit, he manages a team of analysts and field officers responsible for detecting and preventing the illegal importation of drugs into the country. His work is critical to keeping the community safe and free from the harmful effects of drug abuse.
