Patience Lartey – Lead Volunteer
Ms. Patience Lartey is the Lead Volunteer of the Coastal Network Foundation based in Prampram in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. As someone who is passionate about the wellbeing of humanity, she has worked on various projects aimed at bringing the much needed relief to the deprived across the country.
Over the last three decades, Ms. Lartey has worked as a Community and Corporate Relations Person in Project Management, CSR Management in the Banking, and the Oil & Gas sector.
She is currently the Manager in Charge Social Performance and Local Content Department at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC). As part of her managerial roles, she previously headed the Environment and Social Amenities Unit at the GNPC Foundation and doubled as Secretary the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
In 2015, Ms. Lartey joined The Royal Bank (now Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited) where she was the Administrator of the Royal Bank Foundation. She also worked as Senior Production Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, a Fortune 500 Company.
She holds a Master of Arts in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary (Legon 2015), Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Methodist University College (July 2010), and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Marketing Management from the University of Ghana, Legon (2006). She is an accredited member of the Institute of Public Relations. In 2018 she participated in a course in Dubai UAE organsied by Petronomics Limited under the theme “Engagement and Negotiation Strategy in Community Relations”. In the same year, she participated in a Brokering Multi Stakeholder Partnerships programme in the USA organized by Partnership Brokers Association USA. In November 2023 she attended a training programme under the theme “Spearheading CSR/CSI in the Oil and Gas Industry in Dubai UAE.
She is a member of the Institute of Public Relations – Ghana, and Ghana Psychology Council as a full Counsellor.

Joseph Boateng

Joseph Boateng – Volunteer, External Affairs
Joseph Boateng is the Executive Director of the African Centre for International Relations. He is an International Relations and Communications Specialist with over 15 years working experience in Banking, Project Management, and the Oil & Gas sector. He has worked with the British Council, OMNIBSCI, Consolidate Bank Ghana and the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).
In 2007, Joseph was the Project Consultant for FIRST MAGAZINE – UK when the company was accredited by the Government of Ghana to produce and publish the African Union Official event magazine when the Head of States met in Accra. Still working as Project Consultant for FIRST Magazine, he coordinated the publication of the Official Ghana Report for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Conference Official Magazine. In 2011 he was involved in a groundbreaking documentary on the Economic History of Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Journalist Association, Institute of Public Relations – Ghana, Chartered Institute of Marketing – Ghana.

He Holds an LLB from the University of London – UK, an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from GIMPA – Ghana, Executive MBA from the University of Ghana and a BA in Psychology with Philosophy also from the University of Ghana. He is currently a PhD student in International Law at the Philippine Christian University in the Philippines.

Josiah Fafali Gregorio De-Souza is the Project Manager at Coastal Network Foundation. Josiah is committed to excellence and has diverse skills sets in new perspectives to leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast. His interest in writing accords him a flair in development of communication materials which he does as a hobby.

Evans Gregorio De – Souza

Evans Gregorio De – Souza – Volunteer, Finance
Evans Makafui Gregorio De-Souza manages the Finance portfolio of the Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has three years’ working experience in Insurance from Vanguard Assurance Company Limited. His other competencies are in Marketing and Sales, Graphic Design and Events Coordination and Management. Evans loves to transfer knowledge through engagement with the youth, evangelism through theatre art.

Delali Abla De– Souza

Delali Abla De – Souza – Volunteer, HR and Administrative
Delali Abla De-souza is responsible for Human Resource and Administration at Coastal Network Foundation. She holds a BA in sociology from the Kwame Nkrumah university of science and Technology. She has previously worked with the Ghana Water Company as a customer care representative. Delali has also worked with the State Insurance Company (SIC) and the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT). Before joining the Foundation, she worked at Xanthi and associates a recruitment company, Delali was worked as an administrative assistant to the CEO.
